We take away the pain of Exhibitions so you’re free to focus on your business critical tasks.

Our bespoke and modular exhibition stands will help you look your business look its best at any event or EXPO.

When you’re surrounded by your peers and potential clients/customers, it’s vital that you present your business as best possible. If you turn up with just a couple of pull up banners and an iPad, you won’t get that boost in enquiries these events can provide your business.

The way you run it is important too. A well-presented stand run by a well-briefed team is a killer combination for lead generation.

What is an Exhibition Stand?

An exhibition stand is a physical structure at an event, convention, or trade show. This is your own personal space to sell your products and services. It’s an opportunity for potential customers to meet with you and try a new product before it’s publicly available – they get an exclusive look, and you get invaluable feedback you can use to improve it.

If you’re mostly at an event to network, or have a presentation to give, your exhibition stand is the perfect base of operation to work from and means that your brand will be shown off for every minute until the doors close.

The impact your brand can have at an exhibition can’t be understated. Use it well and you’ll get your company’s ethos across – if some people don’t stay and chat you can still be memorable.

What should your Exhibition Stand look like?

Getting the ‘look’ right for your exhibition stand is crucial.

The average size of an exhibition small stand is either 3m x 3m or 6m x 3m, although we often create stands up to 30m x 10m for the bigger shows.

Smaller stands don’t give you a lot of space to work with, especially if you have a multiple products to show off or have an activity/interactive game planned. But at many events we see stands that are either half-empty or cluttered to the point of distraction because the company representatives didn’t know what to bring with them or didn’t have the right materials available.

We’ll talk about preparing your team later, but if they have very little to work with on the stand, your enquires won’t have the boost you’re aiming for.

When we design a stand for you, the first thing we think about is the presentation of your products. If you have the space, a counter or table is a great start, they give you a focal meeting point, lots of room to demonstrate, and multiple people can gather around without it being too claustrophobic. We also encourage our clients to utilise shelves and podiums for products or to use digital screens that show videos or HD images of your latest innovation. This means that even during the busiest hours, no passersby will miss what you do, and they’ll be inclined to hang around or come back later to find out more.

For your exhibition stand’s appearance to work, it needs to do two things. First, showcase your brand. Branding is about much more than just logos and company hoodies, but in this case your company colours should be front and centre. If you have a bold style for your business, this is a great way to use it to catch eyes.

Second, your exhibition stand should look stylish and welcoming. Remember that you’ll be surrounded by your biggest rivals, who may have similar things to show. If you look better than the rest, it doesn’t matter how big other companies are. Our modular stands have a sleek, modern look that complements your brand and suits the industry. We also offer to set them up and take them down for you, taking the hassle away and allowing you and your team to focus on the presentation and any talks you’re giving.

Sometimes less is more with exhibition stands. You don’t want it to be too cluttered. This not only limits how many people can learn what you do at a time, your team will be hampered as well. When we meet with you to plan your stand, this is a primary focus, so all eyes are drawn to your products and your presentation isn’t overwhelming. Keep this in mind and your stand will look better than any other.

Knowing what to do once your stand is set up is just as important.

How to use an Exhibition Stand?

Some people will read that question and think ‘oh it’s easy, you just stand around and people come up to you!’ If your stand looks great, and your products are ready and waiting to be shown off, you will get plenty of interest. But if your team aren’t prepared, this passing enthusiasm won’t last long.

At every event we go to, there are always companies whose stands look great, but the person(s) running them clearly wasn’t briefed beforehand.

Sometimes they’re just out of their comfort zone. For example, they may be able to talk about the product in excellent detail, but they don’t have the marketing training to pitch it. Or they’re purely marketing-focused and won’t do your product or service justice.

Your Exhibition Team

We always recommend bringing a varied team to every event. Then they can work together to achieve the best outcome. For example, you have the most confident people greeting potential customers and provide them the general overview, then when it gets technical, they are able to hand them over to a colleague who can go into more detail.

If you want people to be enthusiastic about your products, your team needs to have the same energy. A member of staff that looks bored or tired is not someone who should be representing you at an important event. And even your best need rest, make sure you rotate them out for breaks and lunches. No one wants to pitch on an empty stomach!

The Best Exhibition Stands

So, now you know what to do with your stand, and how it should look. But other than our sparkling wisdom, why should we be your first choice for exhibition stands?

Simple, we want to see you succeed. Our competitors are too stuck in their ways – they provide the same-old stands regardless of what the clients’ needs are. Every company is different, and every industry puts its own spin on events and EXPOs.

The best exhibition stand designs are a collaborative effort. Whilst we know what works, we prefer to work with our clients to create something unique to their business, so we’re always happy to share ideas. Some companies like to use games or interactive challenges to stand out – a feature we love to see when we go to events as they generate engagement and an opportunity to collect leads. If this is an idea you have, we’ll make it a reality.

Setting up Exhibition Stands

We don’t just design either. We’re able to set up and take your stand down whenever suits you. There’s no need to get there hours before the event starts – giving you more time to prepare and brief your team and escape at the end of the event.

If you have an upcoming event, and aren’t sure what stand works for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. And if you think something new would help, we’ll work with you to find out.
