Ceramet UK Dental Solutions are a local Macclesfield business who joined us as a client at the end of 2020.
They were primarily looking for help with marketing support as they, like many other businesses across the country, began to emerge from a difficult year and turned their focus on the challenge of operating in a dramatically different business landscape.
We planned out a series of projects including a brand review, development of their website and online shop, social media and digital marketing support and the creation of a promotional brochure.
Darren Shorrocks became the owner of Ceramet UK Dental Solutions in January 2020, when Swiss precision parts manufacturer Cendres Métaux UK Ltd sold a 100% share holding in its entire UK division to him as their former MD, and so CMUK was born!

They are constantly sourcing cutting-edge innovations and technological breakthroughs and are fully committed to supporting the next generation of dental care professionals to excel in their profession. Their company motto is “From The Industry, For The Industry”, highlighting their commitment to passing on their knowledge and expertise and sharing their passion for the industry.
We began our work with Ceramet by carrying out a discovery exercise, to really get to know them as a business and as a brand. The aim was to understand how they saw themselves currently, how they envisioned their brand identity and how they would like to see their business positioned in the future. Who did they see as their main competition and what were their ultimate objectives? The information gathered here would then go on to support all of the work we would do for them, informing our marketing strategy to help them achieve their goals.
So, that got the ball rolling and since then it has only continued to gather momentum! We developed a graphic style and tone of voice and worked alongside them to create a calendar of social media content and promotional activity, including graphics, video and Mailchimp campaigns.
We are also working on the ongoing development of their website and in particular of the online shop. As we have found with many clients over the past 18 months, a strong online presence is more important than ever. Having effective e-commerce functionality is vital to push sales as there are fewer opportunities for face-to-face interactions with customers.
Our latest project is the creation of a piece of promotional literature; something with longevity that they can share with clients and suppliers. It will be a magazine-style brochure to showcase their business, the personalities and ethos behind it, their fantastic product offering and commitment to sharing their knowledge with others.
