Acting on behalf of the large insurance companies, solicitors, major retailers and international corporations, the company specialises in investigating insurance claims and is known as a pioneer of innovative solutions for tackling all types of fraud.
Even though RGI is highly rated the business felt that the look and feel of their brand and marketing materials was not supporting their capabilities and position in the market. In addition, it was apparent that the logo had not previously been consistently applied across the company's marketing materials. As a long-standing client of Williams&Crosby they approached us in June 2014 to refresh their brand identity and develop a new showcase corporate brochure. One of the first issues was to consider Investigations within the company name as it was identified that this was having negative connotations out in the field and causing people to become defensive when approached. So we pursued a simple approach and changed the name to RGI Solutions.
The new logo is a modern and contemporary interpretation of the existing logo and gives a strong base from which to develop the rest of the company's brand identity and marketing materials. The market is competitive and a key selling point for RGI is its reliable and transparent service coupled with a straight talking and professional approach. So we set about developing a brochure featuring strong statements that focus on the benefits of working with RGI and used these as a basis to develop 'infostatement' graphics to give the company a unique visual identity. The use of vibrant colours alongside a calming blue helps to communicate the passionate and professional nature of the company. The brochure doubles up as a folder with capacity to house 14 service datasheet inserts which have all been developed hand in hand. The new look and feel is currently being applied to a new responsive website which is due to be launched later this year with plans for the development of further marketing materials in the pipeline.
