"Hello Ed - an opportunity has come up for us to exhibit at a show next week. The only thing is that we need some exhibition panels delivering to us in Sydney. And they have to be with us this Sunday, 9pm our time and we're 11 hours ahead. Can you help?"
This was our very own Ethan Hunt moment. A your mission, should you choose to accept it challenge thrown down to us by Callum Forsyth, managing director of Webaspx, who was holidaying in Australia at the time.
Webaspx specialises in route optimisation software for a variety of applications including waste collection, street cleaning and winter maintenance. Having been a client of ours for some 20 years, and not being one to shy away from a challenge, never mind how impossible it may seem, we naturally accepted.
And so followed a flurry of activity, undertaken by our very own Impossible Missions Force, including design, artwork and print approval. The panels arrived at the event venue in Sydney on Sunday 17th November one full hour ahead of schedule and the result was a very happy client: "Wow - well done. You've achieved Mission Impossible yet again!"
Well to us it's just part of our service!
